    -Our specialty consommé soup has been available since we first opened. It combines the flavor of bonito, a Japanese delicacy, with a flavor glass that allows you to enjoy the aroma.

    Fish dishes
    Yuzu Parsnip Bisque with Alfonsino and Lobster
    - Enjoy lobster and golden-eyed snapper in a bisque sauce packed with the delicious flavor of crab, along with an espuma with the sweetness of parsnips and the aroma of yuzu.

    Perigueux celery root, truffle, Vol-au-vent, carefully selected Japanese black beef
