To commemorate our 10th anniversary, we will hold a special event to express our gratitude, inviting only those who have used our facilities.

We have reserved the entire venue for exclusive use, offering a buffet unique to this location, a photo booth in the chapel,
and a fun children’s activity space, among other attractions, to provide a one-of-a-kind experience for you, your family, and your friends.

Please enjoy a heartwarming time as you reflect on the memories you have made in this place.

  • In addition to photo booths that can be enjoyed by families, friends, and couples,
    we will also have interactive booths for children, which were very popular at our Christmas event.

    As we celebrate our 10th anniversary, all of our staff are sincerely looking forward to welcoming you back to this place once again.

    ◯ご飲食について
    The buffet meal and two additional drink tickets are included in the event participation fee.
    Food and drinks will be available at each serving booth, so please check the map distributed on the day.
    While we do have seating available for food and drinks, please note that seating is limited.

    ◯フォトブースについて
    Use of the photo booth is included in the event participation fee.
    The photo session will take place in the chapel, so please come directly to the chapel if you wish to be photographed there.
    Please note that photography will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the event.
    We will provide the photo data on the same day.

    ◯お子様向け体験ブースについて
    Details regarding the children’s activity booths will be announced on our website in due course.
    Participation in the activity booths is subject to a fee.
    Payment will be accepted at the activity booth.
    Please note that participation will be on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the event. If you wish to participate, please come directly to the activity booth.
Flow of the day
  • Please come to the main entrance of the building at your scheduled appointment time.

    After checking in, you are free to look around the building.
    A map of the facility will be provided at reception, so please enjoy exploring the various booths and the facility.

    *This event is organized so you can enjoy food and drinks while freely moving around the venue.
    The event is a free-flow style, allowing visitors to move around the venue freely.
    We have some seating available, but the number is limited.
    Please be aware of this in advance.

    In addition to the basic plan contents,
    you can enjoy one chosen dish per person from two popular wedding course options.

    ・Choice of petit gâteau(s)
    ・One dish (per person) from the wedding course menu below
    ・Oven-baked lobster and scallops (Thermidor)
    ・Domestic beef fillet mille-feuille style with truffle-scented Périgueux sauce

    Elementary school children and under: Free

    We also accept additional drink orders and individual course meal orders on the day.

    *After you make a reservation, we will send a payment URL by email to the person who applied.
    *We regret to inform you that we are unable to issue receipts for this event.
Cancellation Policy
  • 【Regarding cancellation fees】
    ︎This event is by reservation only.
    Free cancellation period: Until 3:00 PM, 7 days before the event date.

    For cancellations made after the free cancellation period, arrangements will have already been completed.
    Please be aware that a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

    *Due to a special event,
    All discounts, special tickets and the accrual/use of SEIBU Smile POINT are excluded.
    Please be aware of this in advance.
Precautions
  • *Due to the nature of the event, we are unable to accommodate individual food allergies.
    Additionally, the buffet menu cards include illustrations of the nine major allergens (eggs, milk, wheat, shrimp, crab, peanuts, buckwheat, walnuts, and cashews).
    Customers with any of the applicable allergies are requested to check the menu labels and select their dishes themselves.

    *Please note that we are unable to provide high chairs for children.
