Efforts for measures against the new coronavirus
[Efforts for new coronavirus measures]
At The Classic House at Akasaka Prince, we want our guests to feel at ease when they visit.
We are taking the following measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection.
■ Initiatives in public spaces
1. Installation of disinfectant (alcohol disinfectant)
We have installed disinfectant at all entrances, banquet entrances, restrooms, waiting rooms, and bridal salons, and strive to create an environment where customers can easily disinfect their hands.
2. Disinfection of the building
Areas that are frequently touched by customers, such as doorknobs, doors, elevator buttons, and restroom doors, are disinfected with a sodium hypochlorite preparation approximately once every hour.
3. Ventilation at banquet halls, wedding salons, and restaurants
We strive to ventilate the venue before, during and after wedding receptions and banquets to change the air in the venue. We also operate the ventilation system at all times in the wedding salon.
4. We have changed the way buffet-style meals are served.
In order to prevent the spread of infection through food and tableware (indirect droplet infection), meals will only be served by staff.
5. Precautions during meals
Please refrain from pouring drinks or passing around glasses or sake cups.
6. We will be taking your temperature at the main building entrance.
We kindly ask for your cooperation during your visit.
7. Employees and related staff must wear masks
Employees and related staff will also be required to wear masks during service.
8. Opening and closing doors at reception venues, etc.
Staff will wear gloves when opening and closing the door.
■ Initiatives for employees
