THE VOICES

Staff comments

A kitchen experience where you can grow and develop freely in a historic Western-style building

Akasaka Prince Classic House is a restaurant in a Western-style building known as a cultural asset. I was excited just to be able to work in such a special place, but what I felt most when I actually worked there was how comfortable it was. Regardless of age or experience, everyone is on an equal footing, and it's an environment where you can learn naturally. I'm happy to learn a little bit about cooking and service every day.

They value being a team

In the kitchen, where we welcome many customers every day, we often have discussions with the team about how we can improve things. I'm happy that they listen to my opinions as a part-timer and say, "Let's give it a try!" It's hard to find a kitchen where you can work positively in a good atmosphere no matter your position.
