Q Are there changing rooms available for participants?: A
The dressing room is on the 2nd floor of the hotel for both men and women
We have a dedicated changing room that you can use freely.
We do not have advance booking etc, so when you use it on that day
Please speak to your nearest staff.

Q Can we ask attendants' dressing / hair makeup?: A
We only accept advance reservations. The last reservation is accepted up to 3 weeks before the wedding date.
When making a reservation, please inform the groom / bride of the reservation details by the due date.
* Payment will be billed in a lump sum by the bride and groom. Please note that individual billing is not possible.

ご予約にの際は、ご新郎・ご新婦を通していただくとご優待価格対象となります。
なお、チェックインは15：00、チェックアウトは12：00でございます。

Q When attending a wedding ceremony, how long does it cost for parking?: A
We have a parking lot in the basement of Tokyo Garden Terrace.
Attendees will be guided free of charge for 4 hours as a preferential price.
If you exceed 4 hours, you will be charged 330 yen per 30 minutes.

Q A small child will also attend, but is there a menu for children?: A
We have 9 kinds of children's lunch (recommended for preschoolers) and children's course of appetizer, soup, main course and dessert (recommended for elementary school students).
It is a dish for 27 major allergies. If you have any other allergies, please inform the groom / bride.

Q Can anyone with allergies ask for a corresponding menu?: A
Yes. We will make a menu considering in advance about allergy details.

Q Is it possible to send luggage to the hotel in advance or send a takkyubin (home delivery service) from the hotel?

Yes. It is possible. Delivery of luggage is received by courier.
Regarding shipping fee, we are making a request at your expense.
If you would like to mail your luggage, please specify three days before the wedding day to be attended.
Please fill in the names of both families who will be in the remarks column of the delivery slip.
