At Akasaka Prince Classic House, we hope that our customers can visit us with peace of mind.
We are implementing "Measures to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infection" as follows.
■ Initiatives in public spaces
1. Installation of disinfectant (alcohol disinfectant)
We have installed disinfectants at all entrances, banquet entrances, restrooms, waiting buildings, and bridal salons to create an environment where customers can easily disinfect their hands.
2. Implementation of disinfection in the hall
Doorknobs, doors, buttons in elevators, restroom doors, and other areas that customers often touch are disinfected with sodium hypochlorite preparations about once an hour.
3. Ventilation at banquets, wedding salons and restaurants
During the reception and banquet, we try to replace the air in the venue by ventilating before and after the reception. In addition, the ventilation system is always activated in the wedding salon.
4. We are changing the way meals are served in buffet style.
In order to prevent vector infection (indirect droplet infection) caused by cooking and tableware, meals are only provided by the staff.
5. Precautions during meals
Please refrain from drinking drinks, glasses and inoguchi.
6. At the entrance of the main building, we are conducting a temperature check for our customers.
We kindly ask for your cooperation when you visit us.
7. Employees and related staff wearing masks
Employees and related staff will also be wearing masks during the service.
8. About opening and closing doors such as reception halls
Employees will wear gloves before opening and closing.
■ Initiatives for employees
1. All employees carry out temperature measurement when they go to work to thoroughly check their physical condition (presence of vomiting, diarrhea, fever).
2. All employees are instructed to wash their hands, gargle, and disinfect their fingers once an hour.
3. From February 25, 2020, business trips for all employees are prohibited in principle.
4. From March 13, 2020, gatherings with more than 10 people eating and drinking are prohibited.
5. From March 13, 2020, overseas travel is prohibited in principle.
6. From March 13, 2020, entry and exit to facilities with a high risk of infection is prohibited.
7. From February 25th, employees who are ill or who may be infected with the coronavirus are prohibited from going to work. (If the employee's family has suspicious symptoms, we will do the same.)
■ Request to customers
・ We ask for your cooperation in wearing a mask when you come to the facility and disinfecting your hands when you enter the facility so that you can use our facility with peace of mind.
・ We apologize for any inconvenience caused by customers suspected of being infected with the new coronavirus, but please refrain from entering the museum.
・ We ask our customers for their cooperation in temperature measurement at the entrance. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by customers with a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, but we may ask you to refrain from entering the museum.
